C-Suite Executive & Consultant
Three decades of building, fixing, and exiting founder-led businesses — as CEO, COO, CFO, and the trusted confidant in the room when it matters most.
Let's Connect Learn MoreAbout Me
I'm hard to put in a box — and that's exactly the point. Over three decades, I've served as CEO, COO, and CFO across industries, but the common thread has always been the same: being the right hand and confidant to visionary founders who needed someone they could trust completely to run the business while they focused on what they do best.
My career spans turnarounds, high-growth scaling, global expansion, and exits — from orchestrating a $63mm sale at Edward Blank Associates to growing Laura Geller Beauty 350% from financial distress to a private equity deal with Tengram Capital Partners. I've been in the room when deals get made, and I've been the one holding things together when they fall apart — as they did for Millennium when the Great Recession wiped out a near-certain exit overnight.
That breadth is what I bring to every engagement. Whether a founder needs a steady operational hand, a path to private equity, or someone to have the hard conversations about succession and legacy — I've done it, and I know how to do it again.
Experience
NassifMD — 2014–Present
Initially engaged as a consultant before stepping in as full-time CEO, COO & CFO. I oversee all Nassif enterprises including NassifMD Skincare (10x growth) and the medical practice, and am actively driving the exit strategy for the medical practice.
Laura Geller Beauty — 2010–2014
Turned around a financially distressed brand, growing revenue 350% and improving EBITDA by 12 basis points. Expanded globally, rebuilt e-commerce, opened 1,000+ retail doors, and secured a significant private equity deal with Tengram Capital Partners.
Millennium Teleservices — 1999–2010
Drove 450% revenue growth expanding into banking, insurance, consumer goods, and BPO. Negotiated the sale of the company — derailed by the Great Recession — which led to crisis management, major reorganization, capital reengineering, and segment divestitures, forging a deep expertise in turnaround leadership.
Edward Blank Associates — 1991–1999
Grew revenue 525% by expanding into financial services, telecom, insurance, and consumer goods, and secured $15mm in financing. Managed the full sale of the company to Thayer Capital Partners for $63mm. Post-close, served on the Board and identified acquisition targets to further build Thayer's portfolio.
Independent Consultant — 2014–Present
Providing business development, brand-building, turnaround, and general management advisory to founder-led companies. Engagements have included NassifMD (prior to taking the full-time CEO role), Mally Beauty (post-bankruptcy acquisition turnaround), a global color cosmetics brand distributed at Ulta, Kohl's and QVC, a beauty contract manufacturer focused on acquisition targeting and due diligence, and Brother International where I served as a special consultant to the newly appointed President of U.S. Operations, assessing financial efficiency and internal controls.
Exit Readiness
I've managed exits to private equity and strategic buyers — with and without an investment banker in the room. From the earliest operational groundwork to the final negotiation, I've been the person founders trust to get it done. At Edward Blank Associates, that meant a $63mm sale to Thayer Capital. At Laura Geller, a significant private equity deal with Tengram Capital Partners. At NassifMD, an ongoing process I'm driving right now.
The groundwork for a successful exit is laid long before any buyer is at the table. I work with founders to tighten operations, clean up financials, build the management depth that acquirers demand, and eliminate the founder-dependency that quietly kills valuations. The goal is simple: a business that can thrive without you at the center of it — and commands a premium because of it.
Not every path to liquidity requires a formal banker-led process. I help founders identify and engage the right private equity partners, family offices, and strategic buyers — directly and on their own terms. When a banker is the right call, I ensure the business is positioned to command the best possible outcome. When it isn't, I can navigate that process just as effectively — and have.
A transaction is only as clean as the preparation behind it. I work alongside founders and their advisors to manage due diligence, keep the business performing through the disruption of a deal, and make sure the story being told to buyers is compelling, credible, and consistent with what they'll find when they look under the hood. I've been on both sides of that table.
For most founders, the business is their identity, their legacy, and their financial future — all at once. I've sat in those rooms and had the hard conversations about succession, leadership transitions, and what life looks like on the other side. I don't shy away from them. Often, they're the most important ones we have.

Testimonials
"Alyce joined my company as a Controller and quickly stepped into the role of CFO and soon after COO. To say she was a quick study puts it mildly. She quickly transformed my organization into a professional corporation and, more importantly, positioned it operationally, technologically and financially for a private equity investment to Thayer Capital. Alyce was integral to the business and I trusted her to handle most everything, and she did. Alyce would be a great addition to any organization that is looking for a take-charge, all-around leader who has a proven track record of success."Edward Blank — Founder & CEO, Edward Blank Associates
"Alyce's diverse skill set, intelligence and ability to quickly synthesize what was needed in all areas of the business and formulate and execute a cohesive strategic plan were a welcome balance to my entrepreneurial, idea-driven, sometimes impulsive personality. Alyce was essential to our growth, expansion and success. Simply, Alyce was the best executive, employee and confidant I ever had."J-Henry — Founder & Owner
"Alyce is a strong, decisive leader well versed in finance, operations, technology, compliance and human resources. She has solid tactical and strategic experience in business growth and territorial expansion, mergers and acquisitions. Alyce displays autonomous leadership skills during robust economic times as well as recessionary times, focusing on the bottom line."Joe Lebel — President & COO, OceanFirst Bank
